Refund Requests Before Shipping
You have a 24–48 hour window after placing your order to request a refund, before your order is shipped out.
Once your order has been dispatched, refund requests will no longer be accepted.
Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
We only accept refunds or returns under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
If the error is on our part, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
However, we are not responsible for refund or return requests caused by customer mistakes, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or product. In some situations, if we decide to replace the item, the customer handles the logistics for the return and re-delivery.
Return Period
We offer a 7-day return and refund window starting from the day your order is delivered.
After this period, we unfortunately cannot process any return or refund requests.
